These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of GreenAmbassadorChallenge.com, including our website, accounts, sustainability challenges, quizzes, wallet features, B3TR reward features, withdrawals, auto-staking features, contact forms, and related services (the "Service"). The Service is operated by GreenAmbassadorChallenge.com ("Green Ambassador Challenge", "we", "us", or "our").
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Service, creating an account, connecting a wallet, participating in a challenge, requesting rewards, or otherwise using any part of the Service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. The Service
Green Ambassador Challenge is a learn-to-earn sustainability platform. Users may complete educational challenges, quizzes, and other activities and may be eligible to receive B3TR rewards through VeChain and VeBetterDAO-related functionality. Reward availability, amounts, timing, multipliers, eligibility, withdrawals, staking, and related features may change at any time and are not guaranteed.
3. Eligibility
You may use the Service only if you can legally enter into these Terms and comply with all applicable laws. You must be at least 16 years old, or older if your jurisdiction requires a higher age to use online services or digital-asset features. If you are under the age of legal majority where you live, you may use the Service only with permission and supervision from a parent or legal guardian.
You may not use the Service if you are barred from doing so under applicable law, sanctions rules, platform restrictions, or these Terms. We may restrict access by country, IP address, device, wallet, email provider, fraud signal, or other risk indicator where needed to comply with law or protect the Service.
4. Accounts and Authentication
You may sign in using supported authentication methods, such as magic links or third-party OAuth providers including Google, X/Twitter, and Microsoft. You authorize us to receive and use authentication information needed to create, secure, and maintain your account.
You are responsible for keeping your email account, OAuth accounts, browser sessions, devices, and wallet access secure. You must provide accurate information, keep it updated, and notify us promptly if you believe your account or wallet has been compromised.
You may not create, control, or benefit from multiple accounts unless we expressly permit it in writing. Disposable email addresses, misleading identities, credential sharing, account transfers, automated registrations, and attempts to bypass access controls are prohibited.
5. Wallets and Blockchain Features
The Service may support self-hosted wallets and managed wallets. With a self-hosted wallet, you are responsible for your private keys, wallet security, addresses, and transactions. With a managed wallet, we use technical controls designed to protect encrypted private-key material, but no system is risk-free.
You are responsible for confirming wallet addresses, destination addresses, withdrawal requests, staking choices, and transaction details before submitting them. Blockchain transactions may be irreversible, public, permanent, delayed, failed, or affected by network conditions, smart-contract behavior, third-party wallets, or ecosystem changes outside our control.
We do not provide custodial banking, securities brokerage, investment, tax, legal, or financial advice. B3TR, VOT3, VTHO, NFTs, staking, governance, or other digital assets may fluctuate in value, may have no value, and may be subject to legal or regulatory restrictions in your jurisdiction.
6. Challenges, Rewards, Multipliers, and Withdrawals
Rewards are discretionary and subject to eligibility, fraud checks, challenge rules, available allocations, platform settings, smart-contract behavior, VeBetterDAO rules, and other operational constraints. Completing a challenge or quiz does not guarantee any reward, reward amount, multiplier, withdrawal, staking benefit, or continued access to reward features.
We may review, adjust, delay, deny, withhold, revoke, claw back, or cancel rewards where we believe there is error, abuse, fraud, manipulation, ineligibility, technical failure, legal risk, or violation of these Terms. We may impose limits on reward claims, withdrawals, wallet changes, staking, challenge attempts, voting, or related activity.
You are responsible for taxes, reporting, duties, and other obligations arising from rewards, withdrawals, digital assets, or transactions. We may provide records where legally required, but you remain responsible for determining and satisfying your obligations.
7. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to:
- cheat, exploit bugs, manipulate quizzes, automate activity, scrape the Service, use bots, or interfere with normal operation;
- create or use multiple accounts, wallets, devices, referrals, or identities to inflate activity, bypass limits, or manipulate rewards;
- use VPNs, proxies, anonymizers, disposable email services, emulator farms, fingerprint spoofing, or similar tools to hide identity, location, device, or risk signals;
- move funds or activity between accounts or wallets to manipulate reward factors, multipliers, eligibility, voting, staking, or withdrawals;
- attempt to access another user's account, wallet, data, rewards, or private systems;
- upload or transmit malicious code, spam, abusive content, unlawful content, or content that infringes another person's rights;
- reverse engineer, attack, overload, probe, scan, or bypass security, rate limits, fraud checks, or access controls;
- use the Service in violation of sanctions, export controls, anti-money-laundering laws, consumer-protection laws, tax laws, or other applicable laws; or
- encourage, assist, or enable anyone else to do any of the above.
8. Fraud Detection and Enforcement
We use internal reviews and third-party tools to protect the Service, including bot checks, fingerprinting, device and visitor signals, IP geolocation, VPN and proxy detection, trust scores, Guardian Stack, Fingerprint Pro, Cloudflare Turnstile, application logs, and blockchain or wallet analysis.
If we believe you violated these Terms or present a risk to the Service, users, rewards, wallets, or ecosystem integrity, we may take action with or without notice. Actions may include requiring additional checks, limiting features, logging you out, blocking VPN or proxy access, denying wallet actions, withholding rewards, reversing internal credits, suspending or deleting accounts, banning wallets or devices, reporting abuse, or signaling fraud or ban status to ecosystem services such as VePassport where appropriate.
9. User Content, Contact Forms, and Feedback
You may submit messages, feedback, support requests, contact forms, quiz responses, wallet information, and other content through the Service. You are responsible for what you submit and must have the rights and permissions needed to submit it.
By submitting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, host, store, reproduce, display, adapt, and process it as needed to operate, improve, secure, and support the Service and enforce these Terms. Do not submit confidential, sensitive, unlawful, or third-party information unless necessary and permitted.
10. Intellectual Property
The Service, including text, graphics, logos, design, software, databases, challenge content, and other materials, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by intellectual-property and other laws. Except as expressly allowed by these Terms, you may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from the Service.
11. Third-Party Services
The Service depends on third-party services, networks, contracts, wallets, authentication providers, email providers, analytics providers, fraud-prevention providers, hosting providers, and public blockchains. We are not responsible for third-party services, their availability, security, actions, policies, fees, or content. Your use of third-party services may be governed by their own terms and privacy policies.
12. No Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, availability, accuracy, security, uninterrupted operation, reward availability, or error-free operation.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Green Ambassador Challenge and its owners, operators, affiliates, service providers, and personnel will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, punitive, or lost-profit damages, or for loss of data, rewards, tokens, wallet access, goodwill, business, or opportunity, arising from or related to the Service or these Terms.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from or related to the Service or these Terms will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us to use the Service in the three months before the claim or EUR 100. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some limitations may not apply to you.
14. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Green Ambassador Challenge and its owners, operators, affiliates, service providers, and personnel from claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising from your use of the Service, your content, your wallets or transactions, your violation of these Terms, your violation of law, or your infringement of another person's rights.
15. Suspension, Termination, and Deletion
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend, restrict, terminate, or delete your account or access to the Service at any time if we believe it is necessary to protect the Service, enforce these Terms, comply with law, prevent fraud, or address operational risk. Termination does not require us to pay pending rewards, preserve account features, reverse blockchain transactions, or remove public blockchain records.
16. Changes to the Service or Terms
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue all or part of the Service at any time. We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated date at the top of this page indicates when these Terms were last revised. Continued use of the Service after changes become effective means you accept the updated Terms.
17. Governing Law and Disputes
Governing law, venue, dispute-resolution process, consumer-law disclosures, and any required regional terms must be inserted before publication. Nothing in these Terms limits non-waivable consumer rights or statutory rights that apply to you in your country or state of residence.
18. Contact
If you have questions about these Terms, contact us through the contact page.
